Marks of memory
I was interested in the phenomenon of memory a lot. In this project I tried to record my childhood memories. At first I found some objects which I remembered from my childhood – dolls and little boxes. Then I made simple prints from them and stratified these prints in several layers. I used only white, black and transparent color. Therefore in some graphic pieces the final black layer covered all previous prints. It is a process similar to the modification of memory. Other prints made in white and transparent color express the ephemeral nature of memory.
